Mahakali Priesthood in Europe
It is my pleasure to introduce you to the Mahakali High Priestess and High Priest for the promotion of Tibetan Kali Naga Shamanism in Europe. As with Raven Mahakali and I, this not a new hierarchy, but a Dual-Regency teaching team to help others realize their own true value without any need for a mediator between themselves and the Creator. The Mahakali High Priestess & High Priest for Europe:
It is with deep honour and humbleness that we accept Prajna Shiva Kalidasi’s recognition as Mahakali High Priestess and Mahakali High Priest of Europe. We, Rosita and Bright Star, will endeavour to help bring the consciousness of the Divine Goddess Kali to wider attention in Europe.
High Priestess Rosita Speaks About Her Life:
The eighth child in a family of eleven brought challenges and blessings for me as I grew up, raised in a Catholic tradition in Ireland. My parents who followed the faith quite zealously, created an athmosphere of piousness. The reality of my experience in the family directly contradicted this. I rebelled as a teenager and subsequently rejected religion completely in my early twenties. What I was rejecting primarily, though I may not have been clearly aware of it then, was patriarchy and hypocracy; even as a child I was aware that within me was the power, not outside of me.
I have been on a personal journey of spiritual and emotional exploration & growth for some twenty years plus and have been gifted by many teachers along the way. One of my greatest teachers was my daughter Lucy, born to me when I was twenty nine. Lucy was a disabled child. She lived a full life and died at ten years old. Through the experience of caring and coping with her life and death, I found both strength and courage plus emotional/spiritual growth as a result of witnessing her quiet way. My second daughter Ruby is a constant joy.
I am now able to reach out and help others through my art and healing practice. The connection with The Goddess Kali further supports and strengthens me on this path. Discovering Kali felt like a homecoming to me. She gives me permission – to live life on my terms.
High Priest Bright Star Speaks About His Life:
Born in Northern Ireland within the confines of a patriarchal protestant religion, my earliest impressions were of tension, anxiety and discomfort. The society work ethic was strong and I was farmed out at the earliest opportunity whilst my parents laboured at the local mill.
School was equally tense, teachers being overly ‘professional’, they were unemotional to the needs of the children in their care. Religous study both in school and at the local ‘Church of Ireland’ where I had to attend Sunday school on Sunday afternoon as well as the church service on Sunday morning, led me to perceive at an early age that the whole system was ‘empty and devoid’ of spirituality and I became a sceptic of all religous dogma.
At the age of fourteen I discovered alcohol, the accepted way to release the build up of stress and cope with the status quo, I was instantly hooked.Fast forward fifteen years and I came to a ‘rock bottom’ experience in my life where I reached the end of a life of emptiness ,sorrow and depression.Losing all I had in the way of relationships (wife and family) and worldly possessions (home and business) I initially sought help via 12 step groups and have been growing since with the help of many experiences along the way.
People have been my key to growth, helping others as a way to help myself has been the most profound lesson learned on my journey. Losing myself in helping others, I had profound ‘spiritual’ experiences which revealed to me the reality of that dimension, the encouragement and strength this provided has helped me enormously.
I have been searching for ways to deal with my own traumatic past and have found many aids to heal. I use art as a means to unravel the past, I studied art and gained university degrees to further this and I also brought the art process to others, helping divided communities heal via art practice in Europe and North America.
When spending time in the NW Pacific area, I encountered Shamanism of the local tribal tradition and also the Harner way of working. I studied under a ‘Shamanic Practicitoner’ and was eventually given the name Bright Star. I facilitated drum circles, shamanic journeying , poured Sweatlodge ceremonies and soul retrieval healing sessions. I worked extensively in this area until I encountered FasterEFT as a powerful way to heal.
FasterEFT is one of my recent discoveries and I use it on myself and others on a regular basis to bring relief from stress and anxiousness. When my daughter Lucy, a disabled child was suffering with anxiety/stress, I began a search to find a resolution, I discovered the tapping process EFT and subsequently FasterEFT. One of the first experiences one receives from practicing FasterEFT is emotional clarity, eqlibrium and maturity.
After the completion of training in the FasterEFT process , the Goddess Kali immediatley came into my life via a meeting with Prajna Shiva Kalidasi. I felt the emotional stability gained from the previous experience aided my readiness to welcome the Goddess Kali into my life to aid my spiritual growth now and always.
